Students needed accessible, engaging guidance to manage studies and life responsibilities effectively

Approach
Using impactful photography and humor, each tip was crafted as a quick, actionable takeaway. Topics included time management, tech support, and available resources, presented in an approachable, supportive manner.

The campaign boosted social engagement and connected with students, making AIU’s advice relatable and encouraging a positive approach to their academic journey

A playful social campaign that uses humor and bold imagery to share practical tips with students. Each post delivers a memorable, actionable reminder—from "making a backup plan" to "asking your advisor"—designed to engage and support students in their academic journey.

Approach
The goal was to “tease” each success tip with infographics and short captions that add context to the imagery. Captions and graphics were designed to relate to online education, with phrases like “Don’t forget to save!” and “Always have a backup plan.”

CONSISTENCY
Let’s remind our students that logging in and participating every day makes the difference in their learning experience and grades.

INTELLIPATH
Don’t forget – you can raise your intellipath scores from any unit at any time before the end of the session. Simply go back and complete or revise the intellipath lessons!

BACK-UP PLAN
Have a back-up plan for your back-up plan in place to access a computer with Internet just in case you encounter technical difficulties.

COMMUNICATION
Our students should never be afraid to ask us questions. In fact, that’s exactly why our advisors are here. Let’s let them know we’re here to answer their questions and improve their learning experience.

Don’t forget that our AIU librarians can help with your research needs!

A student’s focus and attention can make all the different in their grades. Let’s remind them in an engaging way that’s disarming while still getting our point across.

We believe learning happens in lots of different ways. And sometimes that’s one-on-one help. That’s why we created the Learning Center on our Virtual Campus for tutoring help when our students need it.
